As Waiter Staff at our breathtaking Bleu MATHIS Gili Asahan property, you will be the gracious host who transforms our guests' dining experiences into cherished moments of connection and delight. Your role is pivotal in bringing the story of our cuisine and the spirit of Gili Asahan to life at every table.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional, personalized table service to guests in our restaurant and bar areas, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with genuine warmth.
• Demonstrating expert knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings, to guide guests confidently.
• Ensuring all service procedures are executed flawlessly, from setting tables to presenting bills, maintaining the highest standards of luxury boutique service.
• Working seamlessly as part of the Food & Beverage team, communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in your assigned station and throughout the service area.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment that reflects our core values.
