Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome arriving guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently, and provide a seamless first impression of Dijiwa hospitality.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Learn and utilize our property management system to update guest profiles, process bookings, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local Ubud experiences, dining, and cultural activities, acting as a knowledgeable guide to our sanctuary and its surroundings.
• Assist in coordinating guest services such as transportation, spa bookings, and special arrangements to ensure a flawless stay.
• Maintain the pristine appearance and organized flow of the front office and lobby area, reflecting our luxury boutique standards.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to communicate guest needs and ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Actively participate in training sessions and feedback discussions to continuously develop your hospitality skills and understanding of Dijiwa's values.
