Spa Trainee

At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe in creating peaceful and memorable experiences for our guests through authentic hospitality and wellness traditions. As a Spa Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the daily operations of the spa while learning the fundamentals of spa service and guest care.

During this internship, you will learn how a luxury spa operates while assisting the spa team in maintaining a relaxing, clean, and welcoming environment for guests. This role is a great opportunity for students who are interested in wellness, hospitality, and guest service.

You will work closely with spa therapists and spa coordinators to understand how professional spa service and attention to detail contribute to a relaxing and memorable guest experience.

Key Resposibilities:
- Assist in preparing treatment rooms, including arranging linens, spa equipment, and spa products.
- Welcome guests and help ensure their comfort before and after spa treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa facilities.
- Support the spa team in following standard operating procedures for spa treatments and services.
- Assist with monitoring spa product usage and supporting inventory replenishment.
- Observe and learn about different spa treatments and wellness services offered by the spa.
- Support the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.
- Participate in training sessions and daily briefings to learn spa standards and wellness practices.
