Trainee FB Service

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainee FB Service to join our team at Beehouse Dijiwa Ubud. You will be an integral part of our Food & Beverage Service team, supporting our daily operations in our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. This role is the perfect foundation for a career in hospitality, offering hands-on training and mentorship in a supportive, professional environment.

In this role, you will:
• Assist in the setup, service, and clearing of tables in our restaurant and bar areas, ensuring all standards for presentation and cleanliness are met.
• Learn and deliver our signature service sequences, warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Support the team with in-room dining (IRDS) orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery with the same level of care as in our restaurant.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently assist guests.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in all service areas, adhering to HACCP and company protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, and front office teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, escalating any concerns promptly to senior team members.
• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
