In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments including traditional Indonesian massages, aromatherapy sessions, and signature Dijiwa wellness rituals. Your intuitive touch and genuine care will create memorable moments that define our guests' perception of sanctuary and renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of spa treatments with precision and warmth, including traditional Javanese and Balinese massage techniques
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest wellness needs and customize experiences accordingly
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and products meet Dijiwa's exacting standards
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols while creating a calming, therapeutic atmosphere
• Stay current with emerging spa trends and continuously refine your technical skills
• Build authentic connections with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
• Collaborate seamlessly with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the philosophy of Dijiwa's sanctuary approach to wellness
