SPA Therapist (Daily Worker)

In this role, you will perform a variety of massage and spa treatments including traditional Indonesian massage techniques, Swedish massage, aromatherapy sessions, and body treatments. You will conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their preferences and wellness goals, tailoring each treatment accordingly. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment rooms is essential, along with properly preparing and sanitizing all equipment and linens. You will also be responsible for managing treatment inventory and communicating any supply needs to the spa coordinator. Building genuine connections with guests through attentive service and creating a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere in the spa environment are key to your success. Accurate documentation of treatments, guest feedback, and preferences using our property management system ensures continuity of care for returning guests. Collaboration with the spa team to maintain smooth operations and participate in occasional wellness promotions and events will round out your responsibilities.
