As Spa Supervisor, you will be the heart of our wellness operations, overseeing daily spa activities, leading a talented team of therapists, and maintaining the serene atmosphere that defines the Dijiwa spa experience. Your warm leadership and attention to detail will directly impact our guests' memorable moments, turning ordinary visits into extraordinary healing experiences that keep them returning to our sanctuary. In this role, you will coordinate treatment schedules, ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety, and mentor our spa team to deliver personalized wellness journeys that reflect Indonesian healing traditions blended with modern techniques. Success looks like consistently exceeding guest expectations, maintaining high team morale, and contributing to our spa's reputation as a destination for authentic wellness in Ubud. You will collaborate closely with the Front Office and F&B teams to create seamless guest journeys and participate in crafting signature treatments that celebrate local cultural heritage.
