As Spa Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our wellness sanctuary, leading a dedicated team of therapists while ensuring that every guest's journey through our spa transcends expectations. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily spa operations, from scheduling and inventory management to maintaining the serene atmosphere that defines our sanctuary. You will coach and develop your team, ensuring they embody the warmth and authenticity that Dijiwa guests expect while delivering treatments that honor Indonesian wellness heritage.
Success in this role means creating seamless guest experiences—from warm welcomes to thoughtful departures—while nurturing a team environment where excellence is celebrated and growth is encouraged. You will serve as the bridge between our vision of sanctuary for the soul and the daily interactions that make lasting memories for our guests.
This position matters deeply at Dijiwa because the spa experience is often the most intimate and personal touchpoint during a guest's stay. You will be instrumental in transforming tired travelers into restored souls, creating the moments they carry with them long after they leave our shores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily spa operations including treatment scheduling, therapist coordination, and facility readiness to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Deliver exceptional spa treatments incorporating Balinese and Indonesian wellness techniques with the personalized attention our guests deserve
• Coach and develop spa therapists through mentoring, training sessions, and performance feedback to elevate team capabilities
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, treatment room readiness, and product presentation throughout the spa environment
• Manage inventory and product ordering to ensure consistent availability of premium spa amenities and treatments
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism, transforming challenges into opportunities for connection
• Collaborate with front office and F&B teams to coordinate guest experiences and create cohesive stay journeys
• Uphold Dijiwa's service standards and wellness philosophy in every interaction, serving as a brand ambassador for our sanctuary values
