As a Senior Housekeeping Attendant, you will be the quiet guardian of our guests' comfort, ensuring every suite and villa reflects the sanctuary experience our guests seek. In this role, you will lead by example in maintaining our signature cleanliness standards that have earned Dijiwa its reputation for excellence. You will supervise and mentor junior team members, conduct thorough room inspections to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards, and collaborate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Your expertise in premium cleaning techniques, knowledge of eco-friendly products, and understanding of luxury linen care will be essential in preserving the intimate atmosphere that distinguishes Dijiwa properties. You will manage inventory controls for housekeeping supplies, report maintenance needs promptly, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent 98% guest satisfaction score for room cleanliness, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every task, and fostering a warm, collaborative team environment.
