As a Senior Butler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, anticipating their needs before they arise and crafting memorable experiences that embody the luxury boutique spirit of Dijiwa. Your keen attention to detail and genuine passion for service will set the standard for excellence across the butler department.
You will lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team while ensuring seamless coordination with other departments to deliver flawless service. From orchestrating in-room dining experiences to curating personalized excursions and managing special requests, your role is central to creating the intimate, transformative moments that define the Dijiwa guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily butler operations, ensuring seamless delivery of personalized guest services from arrival to departure
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by understanding individual preferences and customizing interactions accordingly
- Mentor and coach butler team members, conducting training sessions to uphold Dijiwa's service standards
- Manage guest request tracking systems, resolving complex issues with grace and efficient problem-solving
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office to ensure integrated, seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine condition of butler stations, inventory, and service equipment
- Conduct pre-arrival preparations and personalized welcome amenities reflective of guest profiles
- Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning concerns into opportunities for connection and loyalty
