As a Sales Trainee based at our Corporate Office in Denpasar, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to immerse you in the art of sales within our unique 'Sanctuary for the Soul' environment. You will work alongside our experienced Sales & Marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in building relationships, crafting compelling narratives about our properties, and supporting strategies that drive growth while honoring our cultural essence.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the sales team with lead generation, research, and initial outreach to potential corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Supporting the creation and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that reflect Dijiwa's luxury aesthetic.
• Learning and utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, manage accounts, and support sales pipelines.
• Participating in sales meetings, preparing reports on market trends, and providing insights on competitor activity within the Indonesian hospitality landscape.
• Helping to coordinate familiarization trips (FAM trips) and site inspections for key partners, ensuring a flawless showcase of the Dijiwa experience.
• Responding to basic sales inquiries and assisting with the preparation of proposals and contracts under supervision.
• Contributing to social media and digital marketing initiatives that support sales objectives, always maintaining our brand voice.
• Embracing our culture of exceptional service by providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the sales department operates smoothly.
