Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver personalized, attentive service aligned with Dijiwa's brand values
• Manage guest relations, handling inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service flow
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed
