About the Role

As our Resort Manager, based at our Corporate Office in Denpasar, you will be the strategic heart of our operations, ensuring that every Dijiwa property delivers the flawless, personalized luxury experience our guests cherish. You will oversee the alignment of our Accommodation & Guest Services (A&G) department across our boutique sanctuaries, translating our brand ethos into tangible, memorable moments.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing operational standards and service protocols that elevate the guest journey across all Dijiwa properties.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting on-site A&G teams to foster a culture of excellence, warmth, and proactive hospitality.
• Analyzing guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency without compromising our luxury standards.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., F&B, Marketing, HR) to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience from reservation to departure.
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of A&G staff, nurturing talent that embodies the Dijiwa spirit.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards within the Indonesian hospitality landscape.
• Acting as a key brand ambassador, resolving escalated guest concerns with grace and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
Success in this role looks like consistently high guest satisfaction scores, a motivated and skilled A&G team, efficient operations that support profitability, and each sanctuary operating as a true reflection of our brand promise.
