As a Reservation Trainee, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, orchestrating their journey from initial inquiry through to arrival. Your warm communication and meticulous attention to detail will ensure every reservation reflects the exceptional service that defines Dijiwa Sanctuaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservations accurately through our property management system, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are documented
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with promptness and professionalism
- Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure reservation accuracy and smooth arrivals
- Assist in managing group bookings and event reservations, supporting the sales team as needed
- Provide detailed information about resort amenities, Ubud attractions, and Indonesian cultural experiences to enhance guest anticipation
- Handle reservation modifications and cancellations with empathy and solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to revenue optimization by upselling room categories, packages, and experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current promotions and seasonal offerings
