As a Reservation & Sales Executive at our stunning ODYSSA Kintamani property, you will be the vital first connection for guests dreaming of their Balinese escape. You are more than a booking agent; you are a storyteller, a trusted advisor, and the architect of our guests' initial journey into the warmth and authenticity of Dijiwa. This role is central to our Sales & Marketing department, where your expertise directly shapes our occupancy, revenue, and the all-important first impression of our brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing all inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and our booking channels with exceptional professionalism and a warm, helpful demeanor.
• Proactively converting inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding guest needs, passionately presenting our unique sanctuaries, and tailoring offers to create perfect matches.
• Maintaining meticulous accuracy in our Property Management System (PMS), ensuring all guest data, rates, and availability are current and correctly reflected.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to implement promotional strategies, manage group booking inquiries, and contribute to revenue targets.
• Building genuine relationships with guests during the pre-arrival phase, anticipating needs, and arranging special requests to personalize their upcoming experience.
• Handling guest correspondence with care, providing clear confirmations, detailed information, and timely responses that reflect our luxury service standards.
• Assisting with post-stay follow-up, including managing feedback and fostering guest loyalty for future visits.
Success in this role looks like consistently achieving booking conversion targets, receiving positive guest feedback on the reservation experience, and maintaining flawless system administration. You will be a key contributor to the property's financial health and a proud ambassador of the Dijiwa ethos.
