Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with warm professionalism
• Recommend appropriate room categories and packages based on guest preferences and availability
• Manage reservation system updates, booking modifications, and cancellation processes accurately
• Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest journey continuity
• Achieve daily reservation targets while maintaining exceptional service quality standards
• Update and maintain detailed knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities
• Process deposits and payments securely while adhering to financial procedures
• Contribute to revenue optimization through effective upselling of room upgrades and add-on experiences
