Reception/FO Cashier

As a Reception/FO Cashier at our beautiful Wana Desa Tanah Lot property, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their entire stay with us. This role is essential to our guest experience, as you will be responsible for creating seamless check-in and check-out processes while ensuring all financial transactions are handled with precision and care.

In this role, you will manage guest registrations, process reservations, and handle all front desk operations with the warmth and professionalism that defines Dijiwa Sanctuaries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing local recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience in Bali. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records, managing daily cash reconciliation, and ensuring all POS transactions are processed correctly.

What success looks like in this role: You will master our property management system to efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, consistently receive positive feedback from guests about their first impression, maintain flawless cash handling procedures, and collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Your ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service will make you an invaluable member of our Front Office team.
