Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records
• Support inventory tracking and stock level monitoring for all hotel departments
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Participate in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Help maintain organized filing systems for invoices and contracts
