In this role, you will oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, gardens, pools, and outdoor lounges. Working closely with our Housekeeping team, you will respond to guest needs with grace and efficiency, creating seamless moments that leave lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, pools, gardens, and outdoor spaces
• Perform detailed cleaning schedules including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and surface sanitization
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and amenities in public areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs with warm, professional service
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with Housekeeping team members to coordinate deep cleaning and special projects
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately to appropriate departments
• Assist with event setup and breakdown for special occasions and gatherings
