About the Role
Join Dijiwa Sanctuaries as a Pool Attendant at Korurua Dijiwa Ubud, where thoughtful service and authentic Balinese hospitality create a true sanctuary for the soul. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, serene, and beautifully presented pool area while ensuring every guest feels cared for. You will be part of our Housekeeping team and work closely with colleagues across Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Operations to deliver a seamless luxury boutique experience.
The successful Pool Attendant takes pride in the details, anticipates guest needs, and treats every interaction with warmth and respect. From monitoring water conditions and supporting safe pool use to greeting guests with a genuine smile, you will help turn everyday moments into memorable stays. Your professionalism, awareness, and positive attitude will make our pool a place of comfort, relaxation, and renewal.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor pool water quality, cleanliness, temperature, and surrounding areas throughout each shift, promptly reporting any concerns.
- Clean and maintain pool decks, loungers, towels, amenities, changing areas, and other assigned facilities to the highest Dijiwa standards.
- Assist guests with pool-related requests in a friendly, attentive, and culturally respectful manner.
- Ensure the pool area remains safe, hygienic, calm, and inviting at all times.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Team regarding supplies, repairs, and operational needs.
- Follow hotel procedures for chemical handling, waste segregation, occupational safety, and guest privacy.
- Provide support during busy periods, special events, and guest arrival or departure moments as needed.
- Anticipate guest preferences and take initiative to enhance comfort without creating unnecessary disruption.
