Join Dijiwa Sanctuaries as an Operational Manager/Resort Manager at our beautiful Alta Sila Sidemen property, where you will become the heartbeat of daily resort operations and the guardian of our Sanctuary for the Soul ethos. As the Operational Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance. Your warm leadership style will inspire our team to create genuine connections with every guest, transforming their stay into cherished memories. You will be responsible for maintaining our exacting standards of cleanliness, service excellence, and cultural authenticity that define the Dijiwa experience.
Key responsibilities include leading daily operational briefings, managing team performance and development, monitoring service quality through guest feedback, coordinating maintenance and facility management, controlling operational budgets, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across all guest touchpoints.
Success in this role looks like consistently high guest satisfaction scores, a motivated and engaged team, smooth daily operations, and seamless collaboration with all departments.
