About the Role
At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe our people are the heart of our 'Sanctuary for the Soul' experience. We are seeking a passionate and eager HR Trainee to join our Administration & General (A&G) team at the beautiful Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury boutique hospitality and learn the foundational principles of Human Resources within a dynamic, people-centric environment. You will be a vital support to our HR function, contributing to the warm and authentic culture that defines the Dijiwa experience.
In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of the HR department, gaining hands-on experience across various functions. You will work closely with our HR team to support our sanctuary hosts (employees) and help cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, develop, and retain the exceptional talent that delivers unforgettable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening initial applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new sanctuary hosts, ensuring a warm and welcoming introduction to Dijiwa.
• Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Provide administrative support for training coordination, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and cultural events that reinforce our values and Indonesian hospitality spirit.
• Act as a helpful point of contact for basic HR inquiries from sanctuary hosts, demonstrating discretion and empathy.
• Support payroll preparation by compiling relevant attendance and leave data.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our employer brand and internal communications.
