Housekeeping Trainee

As a Housekeeping Trainee at our Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu property, you will embark on a hands-on journey into the heart of luxury boutique hospitality. This internship is designed for passionate individuals eager to learn the art of creating sanctuaries, where every detail contributes to our guests' sense of peace and belonging. You will work alongside our experienced housekeeping team, gaining foundational skills in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency that define the Dijiwa experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the meticulous cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring they meet our exacting 'sanctuary' standards.
• Learning and applying proper care techniques for a variety of surfaces, linens, and amenities, with a focus on sustainability where possible.
• Supporting room inspections and restocking of guest supplies, paying close attention to detail and presentation.
• Demonstrating a genuine guest service mindset by responding courteously to guest requests and assisting in creating personalized touches.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in back-of-house areas, including linen rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Adhering to all safety, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and team members.
• Collaborating effectively with team members from housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
