Housekeeping Trainee

At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that a comfortable and relaxing stay begins with a clean and well-prepared environment. As a Housekeeping Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.

During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of housekeeping operations while supporting the team in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas. This role is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their attention to detail and service skills.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping team and learn how to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that enhances every guest’s stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping team in the daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Support the restocking of guest amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure all items are complete and properly arranged.
- Learn and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning equipment, linens, and housekeeping materials.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and workspaces.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying and reporting maintenance issues or items that require replacement in guest rooms.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all housekeeping activities.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to learn hotel standards and housekeeping procedures.
