As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our guests' sanctuary, ensuring every space within our boutique retreat reflects the warmth, authenticity, and exceptional quality that defines Dijiwa. You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals who take pride in transforming our villas and public spaces into pristine havens where guests can unwind and reconnect.
In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, and mentor your team to deliver service that goes beyond expectations.
