As an HK Trainee, you will be an essential part of our Housekeeping team, contributing directly to the memorable experiences that define Dijiwa Sanctuaries. You will receive comprehensive training in room preparation, guest amenities, and the high standards of cleanliness that our discerning guests expect. Your daily contributions will ensure that every guest stepping into their room feels the warmth and luxury that Dijiwa represents. From meticulously preparing suites to maintaining the pristine conditions of our common areas, you will play a crucial role in creating the 'sanctuary for the soul' that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean guest rooms to Dijiwa's exacting luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence
- Set up guest amenities and turndown services with thoughtful, personalized touches that surprise and delight
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all housekeeping areas, including storerooms and equipment rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies promptly to the supervisor
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning initiatives as needed
- Learn and follow all Dijiwa service standards and health safety protocols
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in hospitality cleaning techniques and guest service
