About the Role
At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe every guest's experience begins with a warm and sincere welcome. As a Front Office Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of the Front Office department.
During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of front office operations while supporting the team in delivering excellent guest service. This role is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their communication and service skills.
You will work closely with the Front Office team and learn how to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibility:
- Assist the Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly and professional service.
- Handle basic guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Support the management of reservations and room assignments under supervision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
- Communicate guest requests to other departments such as Housekeeping and Concierge.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks in the Front Office department.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to learn hotel standards and procedures.
