You are not just checking guests in and out; you are the guardian of their first impression and the curator of their initial experience, setting the tone for the soulful sanctuary they are about to discover. Your role is pivotal in transforming a simple arrival into a memorable beginning of a personal journey.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our front desk, embodying our 'Sanctuary for the Soul' ethos through every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and personalized attention.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and reservations via phone, email, and in-person with impeccable professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our sanctuary's amenities, local Gili Asahan attractions, and authentic Indonesian cultural experiences.
- Processing payments, managing billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate guest accounts and records in our property management system.
- Coordinating seamlessly with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest room readiness and fulfill special requests.
- Acting as a local ambassador, sharing the unique story of Bleu MATHIS and the spirit of the Gili Islands.
- Maintaining the pristine presentation and organized flow of the front office and lobby area.
- Anticipating guest needs to deliver proactive, exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
