Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warm, genuine Indonesian hospitality that reflects the Dijiwa brand
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support reservation management and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Learn and apply Dijiwa's service standards and luxury boutique protocols
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance hospitality skills
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Office environment
