About the Role
At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that memorable dining experiences are created through warm hospitality and attentive service. As a Food & Beverage Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of food and beverage service while supporting the team in delivering excellent dining experiences to our guests. This role is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their service, communication, and teamwork skills.
You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team and learn how to provide friendly, professional, and attentive service that enhances every guest’s dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.
- Support the setup and preparation of dining areas, including table settings and mise-en-place.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests during dining service.
- Learn and follow hotel standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Assist in taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages accurately.
- Develop basic knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items offered by the restaurant.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to improve service skills.
