About the Role
At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that exceptional food and beverage offerings play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. As a Food & Beverage Product Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage products.
During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of kitchen and beverage product preparation while supporting the culinary team in maintaining quality and consistency. This role is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in food preparation, presentation, and teamwork.
You will work closely with chefs and the Food & Beverage team to learn how quality product preparation contributes to a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibility
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients for the restaurant and bar.
- Learn and support basic food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques.
- Help maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation standards of food and beverage products.
- Support inventory and stock management, including receiving and storing ingredients properly.
- Observe and learn about menu items, ingredients, and Indonesian-inspired dishes offered by the restaurant.
- Assist the team during service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in kitchen and bar areas.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and preparation skills.
