- Assist with daily service setup, including table arrangements and station preparation
- Welcome and seat guests, providing menus and offering personalized recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dining area
- Support special events and private dining experiences as needed
- Participate in team briefings and continuous training sessions
- Handle guest feedback with grace and escalate concerns appropriately
