As an FBS Trainee, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, gaining hands-on experience in a luxury environment that celebrates Indonesian cultural heritage. You will work alongside our experienced team, learning the art of exceptional service delivery while developing your skills in a supportive and nurturing setting.
Your role involves supporting restaurant and bar operations, assisting with guest interactions, maintaining service standards, and contributing to team goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional service to guests in all F&B outlets, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and delivery according to Dijiwa standards
- Learn and apply knowledge of our menu offerings, including Indonesian culinary heritage
- Support daily operations including setup, service, and closing duties
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Participate in training sessions to develop hospitality skills and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
