We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Trainee to join our team at Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu. This internship is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury boutique hospitality, where you will learn the art of service from the ground up, guided by our experienced mentors. You will be an integral part of our F&B team, contributing to the warm, authentic, and memorable moments we create for our guests every day.
In this role, you will be the face of our culinary offerings, assisting in the seamless operation of our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. Your primary focus will be on learning and delivering the high standards of service that define the Dijiwa experience. You will work closely with our chefs, bartenders, and service staff to understand the stories behind our locally-inspired menus and crafted beverages, allowing you to connect genuinely with our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in all aspects of restaurant service, including setting tables, welcoming and seating guests, and presenting menus with warmth and professionalism.
* Learn and accurately take food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of our offerings and providing personalized recommendations.
* Support the service team in delivering dishes and drinks to guests, ensuring timing, presentation, and accuracy meet our luxury standards.
* Develop skills in upselling premium items and promoting daily specials in a gracious and informed manner.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas to ensure a pristine environment.
* Assist with basic bar operations, including preparing non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and maintaining stock levels under supervision.
* Learn and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols as per Indonesian hospitality regulations and Dijiwa's internal standards.
* Provide support for in-room dining orders, ensuring timely and discreet delivery to guest villas.
