Engineering Trainee

At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that every detail contributes to the comfort and experience of our guests. As an Engineering Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting the daily operations of the Engineering Department.

During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of hotel maintenance and engineering operations while assisting the engineering team in maintaining the facilities, equipment, and systems that ensure the hotel operates smoothly. This role is a great opportunity for students who are interested in technical work and eager to develop practical skills in a professional hospitality environment.

You will work closely with the Engineering team and learn how proper maintenance and technical support contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing daily inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Support the engineering team in handling guest room maintenance requests.
- Help perform basic repairs and troubleshooting under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Assist in maintaining electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.
- Support the maintenance of public areas, guest rooms, and outdoor facilities.
- Participate in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper use of engineering tools and equipment.
- Assist in recording maintenance activities and reporting issues to the engineering team.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to learn engineering procedures and safety standards.
