As part of our Sales & Marketing team at Alta Sila Sidemen, you will manage the complete reservation lifecycle while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth and authenticity that defines Dijiwa. Your technical expertise in ecommerce platforms combined with genuine hospitality passion will drive direct bookings and cultivate relationships that encourage guests to return to our sanctuaries time and again.
Success in this role means consistently exceeding booking targets, maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction scores from first contact to checkout, and presenting our properties in ways that capture the imagination of discerning travelers seeking authentic Indonesian luxury experiences.
