In this role, you will be responsible for creating seamless and memorable arrivals, stays, and departures. Your day will be dedicated to understanding and fulfilling guest needs, often before they are even expressed. Success in this role means you are not just checking guests in, but you are curating the beginning of their sanctuary experience. You will be measured by the genuine connections you build, the flawless execution of service, and the heartfelt feedback from guests who feel truly seen and valued. This role matters deeply at Dijiwa because you are the guardian of the guest journey, transforming a simple stay into a personalized story of comfort and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a warm and efficient guest arrival, departure, and in-stay experience, handling all front office procedures with precision.
• Provide personalized butler-style service, including in-room check-ins, unpacking/packing assistance, and anticipating individual guest preferences.
• Act as a primary point of contact and concierge, offering expert knowledge on Ubud's cultural attractions, dining, and activities to craft bespoke itineraries.
• Manage guest requests, reservations, and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring complete follow-through and satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, and daily events to inform and enhance the guest experience.
• Foster genuine rapport with guests, remembering names, preferences, and special occasions to deliver truly personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a unified and exceptional guest journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism, embodying the warmth and elegance of the Dijiwa brand.
