We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef to join our Food and Beverage Product team at Ecozy Dijiwa Canggu. As a Demi Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the warmth and authenticity of Indonesian hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of quality that our luxury boutique guests expect.

In this role, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting dishes that delight our guests, working collaboratively with Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in every plate served. Your attention to detail and commitment to food quality will directly impact our guests' perception of the Dijiwa experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations and Dijiwa's protocols
- Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods
- Contribute to menu development discussions and provide input for seasonal or local menu adaptations
- Ensure all dishes meet Dijiwa's quality standards for taste, presentation, and portion size
- Support cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed
