Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and chef instructions.
• Assist in the cooking and plating of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special menu items.
• Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols (HACCP standards).
• Ensure all workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support inventory management by properly storing ingredients and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate effectively with chefs and service staff to ensure timely and coordinated meal service.
• Uphold Dijiwa's commitment to quality by consistently following presentation and flavor standards.
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and a strong guest-service mindset, even when not in direct guest contact.
