In this role, you serve as the primary point of contact for our distinguished guests, delivering seamless, individualized service that reflects the highest standards of Indonesian boutique hospitality. Your dedication to excellence ensures each guest feels truly seen, valued, and cared for in our tranquil sanctuary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and escort guests with genuine warmth, ensuring a memorable arrival experience that sets the tone for their entire stay
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences in beverages, dining, and daily activities, personalizing each interaction with thoughtful attention
• Prepare and serve premium beverages and light fare in guest suites, maintaining impeccable presentation and service standards
• Coordinate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure every aspect of the guest experience flows effortlessly
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling, check-in/check-out procedures, and transportation arrangements
• Maintain rigorous standards of grooming, uniform excellence, and professional conduct that reflect the boutique luxury environment
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with discretion, composure, and swift resolution, escalating when necessary while preserving privacy
• Conduct regular suite inspections to ensure every accommodation meets Dijiwa's exacting standards of cleanliness and readiness
