As a Bartender, you will be the orchestrator of memorable moments, crafting exceptional cocktail experiences that reflect the rich cultural heritage of our island while delivering the warm, personalized service that defines the Dijiwa guest experience. In this role, you will greet each guest with genuine warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere that invites them to relax and unwind in our sanctuary. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing and presenting signature cocktails using premium local and international spirits, ensuring every pour tells a story of our destination. You will work closely with our culinary team to create thoughtful drink pairings that complement our farm-to-table dining concepts, particularly highlighting local ingredients and traditional Balinese flavors with a contemporary twist. Success in this role means consistently exceeding guest expectations through your attentiveness, product knowledge, and ability to read each guest's preferences. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at your station, ensuring our bar area remains as immaculate as it is inviting.
