You will support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily operations across all departments, ensuring every detail reflects the elegance and intimacy of our luxury sanctuary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the supervision and coordination of daily operational activities across all departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Assist in managing staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching to maintain a motivated, service-oriented team
• Monitor quality standards and operational procedures, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Support inventory management and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels of supplies and amenities
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to facilitate memorable experiences and special occasions for guests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining our commitment to sustainable luxury
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control efforts, contributing to the property's financial performance
