About the Role
At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that excellent hospitality is supported by strong and well-organized financial operations. As an Accounting Trainee at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily financial and accounting activities of a luxury boutique hotel.
During this internship, you will learn the fundamentals of hotel accounting while supporting the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and administrative processes. This role is a great opportunity for students who are interested in accounting and eager to develop their analytical, organizational, and administrative skills in a professional hospitality environment.
You will work closely with the Accounting team and learn how financial accuracy and proper reporting contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.
Key Responsibility:
- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records accurately.
- Support the accounting team during monthly closing activities such as basic reconciliations and report preparation.
- Help maintain organized financial filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Participate in inventory counting and cost control activities when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Department.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to learn accounting procedures and hotel financial systems.
