In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting operations of the property, ensuring financial integrity while supporting our team's commitment to warmth and exceptional service. You will lead a small accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement. Your work will involve close collaboration with department heads to budget effectively, control costs, and report financial performance that enables strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for property management
- Oversee cash management and banking relationships for the property
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with corporate finance team on budgets, forecasts, and audits
- Train and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development
- Review and approve payments to vendors and service providers
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
